The file size must not be larger than 8MB.
Format:
PCM, 8K, 16bit, 128kbps
A-law (g.711), 8k, 8bit, 64kbps
u-law (g.711), 8k, 8bit, 64kbps
gsm, 6.10, 8k, 13kbps
Log into PABX:
1. Goto Settings
2. Voice Prompts
3. Custom Prompts
4. Upload File
5. Call Features
6. IVR
7. Add IVR and under prompt select uploaded file
8. Point incoming calls to New IVR
